Overview

The basis of the study and its reflections is the author's educational biography in the agricultural education system in Austria at technical college (Gehilfenbrief) and higher federal educational institution (Reifeprüfung) with subsequent interests from further academic training in educational science, political education and additional qualification in adult education (university didactics).The study is divided into educational management as the basis of teaching and learning processes, basic knowledge (Fachschule/ Gehilfenbrief) with current aspects of a plural economy in political education and is understood as personal reflection in the subject area after decades. Educational management encompasses a design field of the management of the individual educational areas, their services and the educational processes.
