The story consists of 18 amazing illustrations that were commissioned to the illustrator Celina Guerra, who beautifully captured the essence of Seraphina, the uniqueness of its characters, and the vintage (1940s) atmosphere inspired by Degas ballerinas.

"Bethany Williams Highly relatable story November 5, 2023 I found ""Seraphina Ballerina"" to be reminiscent of my childhood. Substitute dancing for acting and curtains for a bed sheet and it is almost the same as what happened between me and my mother. Her first published work was ""Mecate y Don Julio"" in 2012, a picture book by El Perro y la Rana publishers, along with ""Leamos un Cuento,"" a series of short stories published every Sunday in the local newspaper. She immigrated to the United States with her son in 2016. She is a dog lover and animal advocate. Sara loves reading books, watching movies, and cooking. When she's not writing, you can find her on the beach.
