OverviewSeppe is getting close to his 87th birthday. For some time he has been reflecting on the meaning of his long life. In a series of seven dreams, he meets a mysterious old man, Skepticus, who, true to his name, probes him about his life and beliefs. Each dream takes place at a location where Seppe lived and worked as a youngster, a priest, a teacher, and an author. Skepticus' probes prompt Seppe to analyze the different phases of his life on the way to finding meaning for each phase. Together, they explore the answers others have given to the perennial question ""What is the meaning of life?"" or simply, ""What's it all about?"" The tale becomes an invitation to the readers to examine their own answers while they are pursuing their personal journey.
