Professor Dequian Li is a the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences and has been engaged in the study of separation chemistry and clean hydrometallurgical engineering of rare earths for the over 50 years. Dr. Baodong Zhaois the VP of Metallurgy at the Great Western Mineral Group Ltd.
