Overview

Joseph N. Boakai was the 29th Vice President of the Republic of Liberia. He served in that capacity for 12 years, during which time, he gave many speeches. This book compiles selected speeches of the Vice President and examines them policy-wise. It is a premier in that regard. Of course, it is designed for policy courses, it can also be used for research and other academic purposes. The level of scholarship done on the office is near nonexistent. The collection of speeches in this book, gives us a small window to enter the vice presidency and grasp the policymaking process, as is, in that office. This is book two in a series that seeks to correct that error, and specifically treat the vice presidency.
