Table of ContentsReviewsAfter reading Seeing God: Hope For A New Land, you will soon realize the author spent a significant amount of time and effort on research. The citations at the end of the book are very well presented, and thorough. One section I enjoyed was the work she did on the persecution of Christians over time. I dare say there's enough persecution of Christians in the U.S. that could also be included. One thing you will not read in this book is a lot of bitterness about her past, even though she did allude to some. Her family has, and still is excellent support for her. Another area which I enjoyed is her explanation of her involvement in the Pentecostal, holiness movements of Christianity without the dogma that I've experienced from other Pentecostals. This is an excellent book for those who are dissatisfied with mainstream religion and its fill-the-seats outlook on worshipping God. - F.
