Michael K. Molitor is a Professor at Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he has taught since 2004. Aiello is a Professor and an Auxiliary Dean of Planning, Assessment and Accreditation at Western Michigan University Thomas M. Before joining WMU-Cooley, Professor Aiello was an attorney with a large firm in Detroit, representing financial institutions in the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of commercial and real estate loans, working capital arrangements, and other financing transactions involving retail, office, residential, and office projects throughout the United States.
