As a young child by the side of her praying grandmother, Penny Riddle learned how to pray the kind of prayers God answers. The wisdom and anointing she gleaned in those early years is a burning message that has, for 34 years, fueled her ministry. Beginning in 1984, Penny and her husband Rick traveled all over the United States, teaching people about prayer and showing them it was God's will to heal. They have seen miracles as they've prayed - deaf ears opened, arms grown out, backs healed - all for the glory of God. In 1998, the Lord spoke to the Riddles, and after pastoring an established church for five years, they pioneered three churches, two of which they still pastor: the Word of Life churches in McKinney, Texas (since 2010) and Bonham, Texas (2016). Penny and Rick live outside of McKinney, Texas. They have two children, Rebecca and Rachel, who, along with their spouses Jason and Jacob, are on staff at Word of Life.
