Amidst the smiles, tears, and trials of life, some words remain unspoken. This collection of poetry journeys through love, heartbreak, pain, healing and faith, revealing the quiet beauty woven into every moment. It is a testament to the power of faith-a gentle force that can transform the soul into a radiant butterfly, ready to rise and soar through life. Though many of these poems are made up, most of them are based off of true-life experiences and feelings I once felt. Therefore, having fiction and non-fiction aspects to it. This collection of poems come from my roots as a writer. I began writing poetry in elementary school and wanted to pay tribute to that time in my life before I decided to write books/novels. The title, ""Secrets of a Butterfly"" came from the theme of transformation and growth. Similar to a butterfly's journey, this book flows through pain and heartache to love and beauty that comes from learning and growing.
