Table of ContentsReviewsIn Scripture, eschatology concerns not only Christ's future return but also the salvation that has already been accomplished in his death and resurrection and is being applied individually and corporately in the life of the church in its mission in and to the world. Seated in the Heavenly Realms provides an instructive treatment of this important biblical truth. --Richard B. Gaffin Jr., Westminster Seminary, emeritus C. S. Lewis said we're like children making mud pies in the slum because we can't even conceive of a holiday at the sea. After reading this book, you will be able at least to apprehend the 'holiday' awaiting us, with foretastes even now. Young Jae Song argues persuasively that eschatology, centering on God's promises and their fulfillment in Christ, is not just a final topic in systematic theology but gives us a proper perspective on every Christian doctrine and practice. Enjoy the breathtaking vista! --Michael Horton, Westminster Seminary California In Scripture, eschatology concerns not only Christ's future return but also the salvation that has already been accomplished in his death and resurrection and is being applied individually and corporately in the life of the church in its mission in and to the world.
