Rachel Michelle Bednarz is an independent poet based in Chicago, Illinois. Born and raised in Michigan, Rachel grew up traveling the state with a tremendous love for the Great Lakes region. She earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Integrative Public Relations with a minor in Spanish from Central Michigan University and works full-time in public relations while pursuing poetry. She enjoys crochet and other crafts, reading, and walks on the Chicago Lakefront.
