Shane Walsh became a member of the National Fraternity of Student Musicians at the age of twelve and competed briefly in the National Piano Playing Auditions. Although he enjoyed classical music as a young boy, it was the song Chariots of Fire by Vangelis that would ignite a true passion within him to play the piano. Years later he discovered Yanni's music which would inspire him to begin writing his own music. He recorded his first album in 1999 and has been writing and recording since. The SEASONS OF LIFE(R) piano instrumental music series is the culmination of eight years work. It is comprised of all original pieces written and produced by Shane.
