Those are great videos, but this book is even better, because it's more detailed. It provides scientific information about why humans are seasonal beings and why seasonal living can bring health benefits. Apparently, the author did a lot of research. It's amazing how distilled wisdom from the solar terms invented prior to 104 BC can still work for people today!
