Author Information

Nancy Mobley Gearhart was born in Savannah, Georgia. At age 18, she married Robert Gearhart from Volin, South Dakota. They married in Savannah and remained there to build their life together. Nancy graduated nursing school in 1999 and started her career as a Registered Nurse in the labor and delivery department. She transitioned to working in home healthcare after Ansley passed. In 2012, Nancy graduated with her Masters in Nursing Administration. She currently works in the quality department of a managed care organization.Nancy started Ansley's Rainbows of Hope in 2014. She continues to serve as the director of the non-profit where she is able to live out her life's calling and passion-offering support and the hope of Christ to families who have lost a child or who have a critically ill or injured child. Nancy and Robert currently live in Guyton, Georgia. Nancy loves crafting and reading. She and Robert are SCUBA certified, they love to hike-especially to see waterfalls-they love being in the water on jet skis, and traveling and exploring the country.
