Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationLaurie Motherwell is a Glaswegian playwright whose work has been developed through the Traverse Young Writers programme and Breakfast Plays, and his first major play Sean and Daro Flake it ‘Til They Make It premiered at the Traverse Theatre in April 2023. Laurie was the Tron Theatre Resident Writer in 2023, where he developed a new play called The Grand Sun Shines Eternal. He has worked with other organisations such as the National Theatre of Scotland, An Tobar and Mull Theatre, Macrobert Arts Centre, and Paisley Book Festival. In 2019 Laurie was a recipient of a New Playwrights’ Award from the Playwrights’ Studio, Scotland.
