Overview

It's been one week since the sea monsters attacked in their attempt to take over the underwater world. The battle is still raging with Jerry, the sea turtle, leading the opposition as general. He and his friend Oscar have a plan to disguise themselves and sneak across enemy lines in order to steal a super powerful weapons locator called the Master's Horn. Things seem to be going smoothly until suddenly, they aren't. Jerry and Oscar are outnumbered. They retreat back to the Capitol where their next plan of action is to build a torpedo strong enough to destroy the sea monsters and end their reign of terror forever.
