Hi. My name is Darren Mell. I have been a people leader for the past 20 years. I'm not a CEO or a celebrity, I am a middle manager leader of people who wants to help you like I've helped other young professionals. My personal story of how I shaped my career of 35 years of post college work to where I am now, coupled with the experience of the ""rinse and repeat"" hiring and training mode I have been in for 10 years should give you a solid foundation to launch your career quickly and successfully.
