Ivo Dominguez, Jr. (Southern Delaware) has been active in Wicca and in the Pagan community since 1978 and has been teaching since 1982. He was a founding member of Keepers of the Holly Chalice and he currently serves as an elder of the Assembly of the Sacred Wheel.
