Christina Sanchez Miller, MPH, CEBT is the President and CEO of International Sight Restoration Eye Bank. Christina started her eye banking career in 1999 and founded ISR in 2001. Christina has published scientific papers and posters in the ophthalmic and eye banking community. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Florida Southern College. She received her Master of Public Health degree in Public Health Administration from the University of South Florida. Christina designed the first online eye bank application TEN(TM) in 2008. Throughout the years, she has donated her time to other charitable organizations, such as Tampa Hispanic Heritage, Tampa AIDS Network, and Meals on Wheels. Eric Abdullayev, MD, MBA, CEBT is the Director of Clinical Development and Research at ISR Eye Bank. He entered the eye banking community in 1996, after a ten year career as a cardio-thoracic surgeon. He is a frequently published expert in new eye banking techniques and procedures, corneal preservation and transplantation. Eric received an Executive MBA degree from Burton's school of Business at the Wichita State University in 2006. Eric is the creator of Nano-Cut Precise(TM) and Punch Ready DMEK(TM) ocular grafts.
