Author Information

Chris was ordained to Christian ministry in 1995 and has been the pastor of Dauphin Island Baptist Church since 1998. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from George Mason University and a Master of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Chris is the author of Reasons to Believe: Evidence for the Christian Message (2010), Science, Evolution and Christianity-Partners in Truth or Antagonists? (2010), Beyond Any Doubt - The Case for the Historical Reliability of the Bible, the Claims of Jesus Christ and His Resurrection (2011), and Pastor Chris' Blog (cschansberg.blogspot.com). Chris is featured weekly in the This Week at Dauphin Island Baptist Church podcast and is the featured speaker of Chris Schansberg Lectures and Seminars.
