Table of ContentsReviewsPrescott Daily Courier's ""Rants and Raves""- Kudos to Kelly Kading's three-part column series on climate, so educational and easily put. I felt like I was in an OLLI class that I have been reading about lately. I even did some research on my own since I felt challenged by him, very greatly appreciated! - Kudos to Courier Columnist Kelly Kading for his climate (un)change columns. The truth will set you free! - Thank you, Kelly Kading, for delivering the painful ""climate change"" truth to brain-washed fools. -Appreciate Courier Columnist Kelly Kading's reasonable discussions of subjects too often too emotional. - Kelly Kading's columns are always a joy to read and educational. I'm glad The Daily Courier didn't take the censorship advice from the sour grapes opponents who want him fired. Author InformationGrowing up in Midland, Texas, during the 1960s and 70s, Kelly Kading experienced the dynamic world of an oilfield town. Surrounded by dreamers and hard workers, he developed resilience and curiosity amidst the boom and bust cycles. His mother instilled in him the values of learning and logic (and how to make a mean pecan pie), while his father taught him hard work and integrity (and how to catch the big bass).Kading's educational path began in Midland Public Schools, continued at Texas Tech, and led to a Geology program at Colorado State University. Initially entering oil exploration in Dallas, the mid-1980s crash shifted his trajectory. After a stint owning a ski shop in Colorado, he transitioned to ""Environmental Geology,"" working in groundwater cleanup for clients such as Texaco and Mobil in south Florida. His career took him across the country, eventually settling in Arizona. Now, Kading consults on environmental projects, explores the American Southwest's natural beauty, and visits National Parks (32 and counting!).Today, Kading manages a small consultancy focused on environmental assessment and cleanup projects, primarily within Arizona's infrastructure sector.
