Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationDr. Marty Marshall has always enjoyed learning new things, especially in the subjects of science and religion, and has spent most of his life studying these two subjects. He grew up in Concord, California where he developed a love for science from a seventh-grade science teacher. He earned his degrees in Physics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah. He has taught undergraduate and graduate-level classes at the University of Utah, Furman University, and Salt Lake Community College. He served as a Physicist for the U.S. Army for over 28 years and is currently serving as the Director of Operations at the Tooele Army Depot. Brother Marty Marshall has been an active member of the LDS church his entire life and has served in a wide variety of church callings. He served a two-year mission for the LDS church in Georgia and married the former Ruth Wingelaar 34 years ago in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They have four children and two granddaughters.
