Melissa Windham is a clinical associate professor in the Division of Education at Mississippi State University Meridian. She served as an educator and school counselor in the PK-12 setting and holds a Ph.D. in counselor education and supervision from Regent University. Anita Young is an associate professor in the counseling program in the School of Education at Johns Hopkins University. She has served as a K-12 school counselor, school-based and district administrator and holds a Ph.D. in counselor education from The Ohio State University. Robyn Walsh is an assistant professor in the Department of Education at Capital University. She served as a high school counselor and counseling coordinator and holds a Ph.D. in counselor education and supervision from Virginia Commonwealth University.
