Author Information

David A. Marchman is a professor of Construction Engineering Technology at the University of Southern Mississippi. He has held the positions of Controls Manager (responsible for all estimating, scheduling and cost engineering functions of assigned projects) Project Estimator and Project Cost Engineer at Brown & Root U.S.A., Inc. Tulio A. Sulbaran is a professor at the University of Mississippi. He has worked in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry in planning and managing engineering projects. Mr. Tulio is proficient using CAD applications, scheduling, cost, and simulation software.
