Scarlett lives in Moonlight Valley, a perfectly normal neighborhood for a perfectly normal girl. Or so she thinks! When her quirky neighbor Foxglove shows up to babysit, Scarlett notices some odd things happening. Why does Foxglove keep talking to the mirror? What's going on with her spooky black cat?
