Dr. Imran Rahman is Associate Professor in the Department of Nutrition, Dietetics, and Hospitality Management in the College of Human Sciences at Auburn University. He was recently appointed to the prestigious Mike & Leann Rowe Endowed Professorship in International Studies. Dr. Clayton W. Barrows is Professor and Interim Chair of Hospitality Management in the Peter T.
