Author Information

Rachel Emily is an author, poet and songwriter, who has written and produced UK number ones and US platinum-selling singles. Her books for children encourage curiosity, imagination, gentleness and empathy in readers of all ages. Says Who is Rachel's second picture book, following In You I See, illustrated by Jodie Howard. She lives in Oxfordshire. Paul Delaney is a graphic designer, printmaker and founder of an award-winning design studio. He has always had a passion for picture books and, in 2021, graduated with a masters in Illustration. Says Who is Paul’s third picture book for young children. He lives in Ireland.
