""Contributor Biography - English Lukas Hollerung studied law at the University of Leipzig, specialising in corporate law. After his First State Examination, he worked as a research assistant in an international law firm while pursuing his doctorate. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main with stations at the German Embassy in Manila and a law firm in Hong Kong. Since December 2024, he has been working as a lawyer in the areas of corporate law and mergers & acquisitions.
