SAP Fiori has changed the way people experience SAP systems. When I first started working with SAP more than a decade ago, enterprise software was powerful - but often intimidating. Screens were dense, workflows were rigid, and user experience was something discussed after functionality was delivered, if at all. Over the years, SAP Fiori fundamentally reshaped this mindset by placing users, intent, and simplicity at the center of enterprise applications.
