Author Information

For as long as she can remember, Liz Moreno was a ""wanna be"" writer. Before she began teaching at age 41, she wrote poetry and prose for her own edification. During her career as a teacher she frequently submitted articles and poems to the Victoria Advocate and the regional newspaper, The Good News Just Keeps Coming. She and her husband Gabe have five grown children, sixteen grandchildren, and one great grandchild. They live near Wharton, Texas, where they have a small flock of chickens, 2 dogs, 5 cats, and 1 frustrated duck. Moreno's belong to Abundant Life Church in Wharton.
