Frank Marshall Davis Jr. Testimony to judge: I went to the UPS HUB in San Bernardino today to try to pick up some truck parts that were being delayed for delivery. The HUB is one Block North of where you see the black suv parked next to the picket fence in the above photo. My delivery was delayed due to the proximity to the (alleged) shooting of the (alleged) perps. Get this: Nobody at the open air docks heard any of the 450 rnds fired of .556 and 223 ammunition one block away. After not being able to pick up my package I went closer to the shooting area. Specifically, a small group of buildings in an Industrial Park on Richardson St. I went in to talk to anybody there. Only one Business had anybody there today. EWING IRRIGATION The manager said he was not there when the shooting happened but the two employees that were there heard nothing at all. From there I went over to the exact area where the SUV was in front of the White Picket Fence. I saw NO, ZERO Evidence of any damage to the fence, homes, autos.
