Overview

Sam and Sara is the first picture book illustrated entirely with murals. Fifty-six walls have been painted throughout Arizona, telling one story. It follows a young woman with a constant tendency to daydream. It becomes a source for creativity and inspiration, leading her to unlock an abstract landscape of figments, where every idea exists. She explores this realm on a quest to find her home.

Isaac Caruso is a thirty-four year old muralist, writer, sculptor and native Arizonan. He spent four years painting murals all acorss his home state to tell this story.
