Carson is research professor of New Testament at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. Andreas J. Köstenberger is research professor of New Testament and biblical theology and director of the Center for Biblical Studies at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri.
