Butch is a veteran sales leader, operator, and coach in the world of high-velocity sales. Since 2009, he has trained more than 10,000 sales professionals and played a pivotal role in scaling numerous companies' sales organizations. As the co-author of Sales Lab Scripting, a comprehensive playbook for mastering high-velocity sales, Butch has cemented his reputation as an authority in sales strategy for transactional sales. His expertise encompasses developing scalable sales processes, mentoring emerging sales leaders, and implementing innovative sales techniques. Butch is also a proud Texan, where he still resides with the love of his life, Tamera Hodson, and their four children, Laney, Ava, Memphis, and Oakley. When he's not helping companies close more deals, he's trying to master his toughest leadership role yet: being the best husband and dad he can be. With three daughters and a son, he's outnumbered, out-negotiated, and occasionally outvoted, but he's always all in.
