Six weeks after open heart surgery, I am back in the hospital again. The repairs have failed irreversibly. The pumping ventricle of my heart has no ostensible blood supply. ""Heart transplant"" is working its way into conversations with my doctors. Maybe we should sail ""Grace"" to Ireland instead.
