Overview

Saikou (最高 Saikō) is a Japanese word that means the best, highest, supreme, none of which applies to Richard Eniola - a duster living on Dayton IV. A dismal ball of dust located on the fringes of the Galactic Kingdom, ruled by Queen Victoria IV. Most of its lands were barren of vegetation and void of life. Those too poor to travel elsewhere in Her Majesty's Realm had been forced to stay on that forsaken world. Richard wants out. His grandfather, a harsh taskmaster, gave Richard two ways he could end his suffering on Dayton IV. He could sign up for the military or die.
