Overview

Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Sabir Mirza, one of the most versatile artists of South Asia, has the ability to sing in Qawwali, Ghazal, Kashmiri and Potowari folk, Bhangra and the various classical styles. His experience dates back as far as 1983 when he recorded his first album, with the legendary tabla player Abdul Sitar (Ghullam Ali Fame), who arranged the Album. Since then Sabir has continued to work with legends. He has worked with Ustaad Nusrat Feteh Ali Khan, Tafu brothers to mention a few. Sabir continues to work with legends, but this time with future legends such as Malkit Singh, Shinda and a proposed collaboration with Hunter, who has performed at Eastern Harmony academy to mention a few. As chairman of the Eastern Harmony academy, Sabir is pushing the boundaries: this charity has given him the opportunity to perform collaborations with young musicians.
