Runes of the Knowing Heart is a system of using the Norse runes for meditation, reflection, and self-inquiry. According to Cerule, this inner tradition of rune play for spiritual growth is ancient and has always been a part of runic heritage. In this system, the 24 Norse runes are used as harmonic portals to the experience and expression of divine love. Each quality is a vibration or key to the natural state of joy, compassion, appreciation, gratitude, curiosity, and humor. A student of the runes since 1983, Linda Reneau has been a nurse, EMT, firefighter, editor, and flutemaker. Currently she teaches meditation, contemplation with the runes, and intuitive wellness at the Natural Wellness Center in Monroe, Louisiana.
