Jordan Distinguished Professor of Eating Disorders at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the director of the UNC Eating Disorders Program. She currently resides in Chapel Hill.NADINE TAYLOR, M.S., R.D., a registered dietitian, is chair of the Women's Health Council of the American Nutraceutical Association. Author of Natural Menopause Remedies and If You Think You Have an Eating Disorder, she lives in Los Angeles, California.
