Dinesh Bhugra is Professor of Mental Health and Cultural Diversity at the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London. Samson Tse is an Professor and Director of the Master of Social Science in Counseling Program at the Department of Social Work and Social Administration, The University of Hong Kong. Roger Ng is a consultant psychiatrist and Chief of Service of the Department of Psychiatry of Kowloon Hospital, Hong Kong, China. Nori Takei is Professor of Neuropsychological Development and Health Sciences at the United Graduate School of Child Development (Osaka U, Kanazawa U, Hamamatsu U Sch Med, Chiba U, and Fukui U), Hamamatsu University School of Medicine.
