An old time radio drama by S. Christopher Boggs perfect for Community Theatres and other Drama Groups! Adolf Hitler has ordered his soldiers to scour the globe in search of rare artifacts, paintings, and the like. One such artifact, the lost shield of Sir Lancelot of the Lake, is discovered in the swamps of South Whales. To keep Hitler from obtaining the shield, archeologists ship it to America for safe keeping. College student Patricia Kelly and her fiance, Ross Murdoc, are thrust into a game of cat and mouse as they attend a dinner party on a cold and rainy evening. The other dinner guests begin dropping like flies, victims of a fiendish murderer. Who's the killer? Could the shield be the cause? S. Christopher Boggs, aka Chris, is an Actor, Director and Producer with Community Theatre of Little Rock. When not living it up in the theatre, he works for the Arkansas Legislation. He lives with his wife, Tamara, daughter Allison, and three dogs Westley, Daisy and Melody. This script, originally entitled The Shield, the Gun and the Petal, was written during Chris' senior year at Carson-Newman College in Tennessee. It was his senior thesis project for his broadcasting degree. Somewhere in a box, tucked far away, is a cassette tape of the original cast recording of SG&P. It has undergone various revisions over the years, including a new title, but it is still very much the spirited thrill ride that started out that long ago Fall of 1995. A portion of the proceeds from your purchase of this script will be donated to Community Theatre of Little Rock and to Carson Newman College's Media Arts Department.
