Halee R. R. Hernandez has had a passion for creating stories ever since her Nana Blanca Rosa would tell imaginative tales of days growing up in Havana, Cuba. In elementary school, Hernandez would write plays, invite her friends over, and have them act out her writing. Hernandez sees a need for social-emotional learning books in her career as an elementary teacher thus the Rosa & Eddy children's book collection was born.
