James Greenberg is editor in chief of the DGA Quarterly, the journal of the Directors Guild of America. A former film critic for Los Angeles magazine and Daily Variety, he has written for the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, and Entertainment Weekly. He lives in Los Angeles. Roman Polanski is an award-winning filmmaker, producer, writer, and actor. He is best known for his films Chinatown, The Pianist, and Rosemary's Baby.
