S. A. Carmody is a UK-based author and publisher whose work spans fiction, non-fiction, and modernised editions of classic texts. Born and raised in Rainhill, near St Helens in Merseyside, she later moved to Leeds where she lives with her family. Her writing draws on a wide range of life experience, including work in journalism and political communication, and reflects her deep engagement with contemporary issues. She is also the founder of KMCS Publishing.
