Author Information

George D. Morgan is the Playwright in Residence at the California Institute of Technology. He is the author of Rocket Girl, as well as more than a dozen stage plays and musicals, including Second to Die, Nevada Belle, and Thunder in the Valley. He is the son of two rocket scientists, including Mary Sherman Morgan, America's first female rocket scientist. Christopher Douyard took the backroads to audiobook narration, though he is no stranger to performing. Christopher has nourished a passion for books and storytelling since his youth, when he would devour Tolkien and volumes of the Encyclopedia Britannica with equal abandon. Christopher records in his studio, nestled amongst the oak trees in a quiet, central Connecticut town.
