Author Information

Robert Pierse BCL, LLB, Dip Soc Sc, Dip EIA, is a solicitor in private practice for over 50 years. He retired as a partner in his company, Pierse Fitzgibbon, in 2007 and currently acts as a consultant to the firm. He wrote the last edition of this book in 2011 and is widely regarded as an authority on the area of RTL.
