With over 12 years of teaching and supervisory experience, she is recognized for her expertise in the field. Mai earned her PhD in Islamic Economics from the University of Malaya, alongside an MSc in Banking and a BBA in Finance. She is also a Certified Islamic Financial Planner in Malaysia. Currently, Mai serves as the Director of Business Administration at Azman Hashim International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. In this role, she oversees the strategic and operational direction of the institution's academic and administrative functions. Her leadership is underscored by her involvement in more than 30 consultancy and research projects, collectively valued at over RM10 million. A prolific writer, Mai has authored over 100 scholarly works, including research papers, book chapters, and journal articles, with a primary focus on financial management. Beyond her professional endeavors, she finds joy in spending quality time with family and friends, enjoying music, reading, traveling, and exploring the outdoors. Muslim Amin is an Associate Professor at Azman Hashim International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
