Just a girl from Brooklyn, New York, who worked for 50 years of my life and is now retired, stepping into senior life all at once. I decided I needed to share my adventures, from retirement and moving into menopause to meeting my husband later in life-I couldn't have asked for a better partner, especially one who can put up with me!I'm thrilled about this roller coaster ride I've captured in my book, and I hope readers find it as interesting as I did while writing it. I realized I needed to say these things out loud-topics people talk about but often don't discuss openly. When I would ask older people about it, they'd often respond, ""Isn't that private information?"" But how was I supposed to learn anything or know what lies ahead every day?Here I am in my late 60s, and so far, so good, but I also wanted to know more. That's why my book is like a roller coaster, and I hope you'll take the journey with me. It's fun, sometimes embarrassing, filled with special moments-it has it all!
