Overview

A woman entangled in a realty dispute must bring to justice the people denying her rights to the property. * * * * * * * Raised in a clamorous home, the youngest girl finds her only solace at her paternal grandparents' farm. Divorced, her father lives with the grandparents, until he is mortally wounded in a big-rig mishap. As a teen even more distant from her mother, the girl embraces her stepfather's attentiveness. She takes dirty jobs and saves what she can. Her grandparents are killed in a horrific farming accident and soon after, her mother divorces her step-father. She discovers her mother virtually emptied the hard-earned funds from her savings account. The girl runs away. In her new location, she walks home after work. One night a thug pulls her into an alley and threatens to rape her. A cop car rolls past and the thug scrambles away. Now a woman, at a shooting range she reunites with a childhood friend who has passed the BAR and moved to the same city. The lawyer visits in her camper trailer and offers to finance a parcel of land for her. Later, she sets a cabin on the land and makes her first home sale to a man who buys her camper. She pursues realty investing. A client says she was recently widowed and signs papers to sell her house to the woman who lends funds to the down-and-out client to help her move out. The client snubs calls from the title company to close on the sale of the house. The woman takes the lawyer to a strange bar and grill where they discuss a demand letter. The client breaks into the woman's house and takes the only item of value to the woman. The client's husband calls the woman about the demand letter. She remarks she doesn't deal with dead people and refers him to the lawyer. Furious, the husband agrees to pay back every dime instead of closing on the house. His wife is convicted of fraud and sentenced to six months in jail. The client returns to a cramped, dirty, old house, outraged her husband had to sell their house anyway to pay court costs and over-due bills from his incarceration. The client tries to run the woman's truck off the road, mangles her smaller truck and swears to the husband the woman tried to run HER off the road. The husband professes to have a delivery at the woman's home. When she won't open her door, he charges and breaks open the door. The woman shoots and kills him. The client attempts to buy a gun, but her I.D. is declined. She sneaks into her parents' house for a gun. The client spies out the woman and threatens her with the gun. The lawyer shields the woman, shoots and wounds the client. The client returns fire and kills the lawyer. The client is convicted of murder - sentenced to life in prison. The client becomes Trustee with a brilliant escape plan to avenge the woman.
