Author Information

Amanda Dykan began scrapbooking in 2003 after the birth of her second son. It wasn't long before she was doing it all- rubber stamping, di-cutting and so much more. She quit her full time job to work part time at a local scrapbook store. From there, she moved up to the corporate office as the head of design and education for a national scrapbook store chain. Having dabbled in Adobe Photoshop she decided to take it a step further and learn digital scrapbooking. She has released 4 books on digital scrapbooking. Amanda loves to travel and teach classes on digital scrapbooking, as well as teach retail stores how to get involved in the digital industry. She also writes monthly articles for industry magazines, including Scrapbooking and Beyond and Scrapbook Retailer. Her true love, though, are her two little boys, Nicholas and Ben, and her husband Paul. She resides in a little town just outside Fort Worth, Texas.
